Ryan Chow

I'm a cofounder of Metalware, a firmware cybersecurity company backed by $3M from Haystack, Y Combinator, and others. Before that, I worked at SpaceX on Falcon and Starlink.

My parents immigrated from Hong Kong, and I worked at our family-owned restaurant for most of my childhood. I also made money repairing hardware (Zunes, Xboxes, etc.), selling e-commerce guides, and delivering pizzas.

Outside of work, I like to commit to one or two hard challenges per year. Here are a few recent examples:

I grew up in Maryland, moved to LA, and currently live in SF.
